  1. Choose the style and size of the building your customer wants
    • Do they want an A-Frame, Deluxe, Barn, or a Standard style building?
    • How much room do thry need for storage or parking (Width and Length)?

  2. Choose the height of the legs
    • Simply find the price section labeled Leg Height, and find the choices below your building length.
    • How high does this building need to be? Remember when choosing leg height, if you want to put in a roll up door, you will need a high enough leg to frame it in. For example, if you wanted an 8x6 rollup door, you would need at least 6’ legs. The leg height reaches to the corner of the roof bow, so there is still a few feet from the sides to the peak.

  3. Closing in the sides
    • If you want to close in the sides of the building, find the price section labeled Close Both Sides. Look under the length of your building, and match with the height of the legs of your building, and you will find the price to close in BOTH sides of your building.

  4. Closing in the ends
    • If you want to close in the ends of your building, find price section labeled Close one End. Look under the WIDTH of your building and match with the leg height. Remember if you close in both sides and both ends, you will have a fully enclosed building! Now you’ll need a door.

  5. Options
    • If you want to add doors, windows, wind braces, snow braces, concrete anchors, or high wind anchors, just find the price box below under your choice(s) and check it off.

  6. Totaling
    • Add all the prices up to get a subtotal, and write this number down. Multiply the subtotal by 10%, to find the deposit required for the building. Now take the subtotal again, and multiply it by the percentage of sales tax in your area. If you don’t know the sales tax in your area, just write I don’t know and we’ll help you out later.

Add the subtotal, plus the sales tax if you know it for the total. Subtract the deposit of 10% from this number, and you will find the balance due upon installation. You keep the 10% deposit, and the rest will be paid to the installer when the building is finished.
